About the Author.
Dr. Montesino has been writing and publishing fiction and non-fiction alike as short articles and commentaries in English and Spanish for over fifteen years, first in the written press and more recently in the Internet. His articles have appeared regularly in LatinoWorldOnline.com, MundoLatinoOnline.com and Rumbonews.com amongst others. This bilingual work is entirely the author’s. He is currently a full time Faculty member at Bentley University, Waltham, Massachusetts. He is the author of “Recycling… the novel,” another e-book in English that is being sold worldwide by many e-book retailers.

This book contains a short story in English and Spanish. The author’s intention was to write it in English and also provide a Spanish Language version that people who speak either of the two languages may be able to read separately or for students practicing or learning the other language.
Este libro contiene una historia corta en inglés y español. La intención del autor fue escribirla en inglés y después proveer una versión en el idioma español que las personas que hablan cualquiera de los dos idiomas la puedan leer separadamente o para estudiantes practicar o aprender el otro idioma.
For instructional purposes, the method used in this book consists of a sentence; phrase or dialogue in English with normal font first followed by the Spanish translation of that sentence, phrase or dialogue immediately below using Italics font and indented a few spaces to the right of the English version. The translation was done by the author himself, a bilingual writer who has been in that professional practice for more than fifteen years. This introduction uses that special format already.
Para propósitos educativos, el método usado en este libro consiste en una oración, una frase o un diálogo primero en inglés en letra de tipo normal seguido por la traducción al español de esa oración, frase o diálogo inmediatamente debajo usando letra de tipo cursiva endentada varios espacios hacia la derecha de la versión en inglés. La traducción fue hecha por el autor; escritor bilingüe que ha estado en esa práctica profesional por más de quince años. Esta introducción usa ese formato especial ya.
